Aerial images highlight Seaplane’s fleet, where classic Alaskan adventure meets luxury service

Alaska Seaplanes, a key transportation provider in Southeast Alaska, had an extensive photo asset library. However, many of their images were captured during the cold, snowy winter months, featuring dramatic backdrops of towering peaks and glaciers. While these images were striking, they did not fully represent the vibrant, dynamic experience of flying with Alaska Seaplanes during the peak of the summer season. The company needed fresh, engaging visuals that highlighted their world-class fleet in action during this critical time of year.

Our team partnered with Alaska Seaplanes to create a series of summer-focused images that showcase their fleet in breathtaking remote locations throughout Southeast Alaska. Our in-house photographer, Ryan Cortes, collaborated closely with Alaska Seaplanes' skilled bush pilots to capture the aircraft in action, ensuring every shot was perfectly composed. By carefully planning each flight and coordinating with the pilots, we were able to capture stunning images that not only highlight the planes but also the remote and picturesque destinations they serve.

The resulting photo series provided Alaska Seaplanes with a vibrant, seasonal update to their marketing materials. These summer images now complement their existing library, offering a well-rounded visual representation of their services throughout the year. The collaboration successfully met the goal of showcasing the fleet's capabilities and the unique experiences offered by Alaska Seaplanes, further enhancing their brand's appeal to travelers looking to explore the rugged beauty of Southeast Alaska.
