VXAK skateboard crew take on Northern Alaska on recent film tour

With the release of their latest full length skateboard video, the VXAK crew hit the road to premier their film throughout Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska. This was not your average skate tour. With long days of 20 hours of straight sun, the crew made the most of the light and filmed for future projects, hucking their carcasses off of stairs, over rails, down streets, into backyard skate barns and beyond, making sure to lick their wounds in hot springs and cold streams. We made friends along the way, and joined forces with the Bart’s skate team as we skated our way through the last frontier. Images made capture the youthful vigor of the athletes while also capturing the hijinks, camaraderie and wild times that come with the territory of jumping in a van with your best buds and going on a safari such as this one.
